CDL A | OTR Truck Drivers | Indiana & Illinois
The OTR Driver is responsible for hauling all freight assigned by dispatch, including short hauls, long hauls, or a combination of both. Recent average weekly gross is $1,950+ per week, with a $1,400 per week minimum pay guarantee.

Average Weekly Gross
$1,950+ / WEEK average weekly gross based on actual Store & Haul driver gross pay from the last 3 running months. Earnings can be higher based on freight, lanes, availability, and performance.
Minimum Pay Guarantee
$1,500 / WEEK minimum pay for this OTR position.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Haul assigned freight safely and on schedule.
- Stay out for a minimum of 14 to 21 days, then return home for one day for each week spent out.
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers, and the Store & Haul team.
- Complete inspections, paperwork, and safety requirements accurately.
